Preparing for your Juvéderm treatment

To prepare for your Juvéderm treatment, do not drink alcohol or take blood-thinning medications in the days leading up to your injections. Stay out of the sun and avoid any type of treatment that might irritate your skin, such as exfoliating treatments or chemical peels.

How long will my results last?

You will be smoother, plumper skin immediately after your Juvéderm treatment. You will notice that wrinkles and lines fade, and your skin is smoother, plumper, and more supple. After about two weeks, you will see the final effects. From there, you will enjoy long-lasting results for up to 18 months. As time passes, your body will naturally and safely reabsorb the filler as the soft volume slowly fades. At that point, you can renew your results with a follow-up appointment.
